Terms & Conditions

Payment:
Full payment is due 7 days prior to the booking (in the case of multiple bookings, 7 days prior to the earliest date) to secure your program facilitator/s. An invoice will follow your booking confirmation with the details for payment.

Numbers:
All programs have a minimum of 30 students. If your numbers reduce, your price per person may also change. The number of students you book for will be the minimum required at the rate quoted. Unless otherwise quoted, in writing.

Cancellations:
$150 cancellation fee applies if your booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to your event.
Cancellations must be in writing.

Rescheduling:
Notice must be made in writing more than 48 hours before the booking time. If the booking is rescheduled within 24 hours of the incursion time slot, it will be deemed a cancellation and will incur the $150 cancellation fee.

Full balance payment:
Unless specifically agreed by both parties prior to the incursion, full balance payment is due one week (7 days) prior to the program date. An invoice will be sent with details of this payment prior to the due date.
